Emma Martinez, LCSW

My name is Emma (she/her). I live in Southern Oregon in the Applegate Valley. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021 after many years of providing direct client work and supervisory support to individuals and teams. I’m experienced working with youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings including schools, housing sites, community based health centers and medical clinics. A large focus of my current work is in supporting adolescents in school settings. My drive for providing clinical supervision stems from gratitude for those who have mentored me, my genuine interest in learning with fellow clinicians, and building community.

My goal in cultivating a supervisory relationship is to create a collaborative and safe container to explore therapeutic style and practice. Within this, I provide dynamic support that is personalized to increase self awareness, competency building, and encourages personal and professional growth. I utilize a collection of clinical models that are strength based, trauma informed, and person-centered. My approach is further grounded in anti-oppressive and intersectional frameworks, mindful and somatic work, and culturally responsive practices.

Supervision for State of Oregon licensure only. I’d love to connect for a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit for your supervisory needs.
