Hello! I'm La (she/her), based in Vancouver, WA I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2022, after years of experience in domestic violence programs, medical settings, and community mental health. Currently, I’m in private practice with a focus on providing individual counseling to adults in the BIPOC community.

I’m deeply grateful for the supervisors who’ve shaped my journey, and I’m excited to support others in their supervision path. My goal as a clinical supervisor is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and intentional relationship that focuses on your professional growth, ethics, competence development, and your identity as a social worker.

Areas I am experienced in include intergenerational trauma, cultural identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and trauma related to navigating the complexity of dominant culture and the impacts of marginalization and systemic oppression. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including strength-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and I am IFS Level 1 trained. My approach is centered in inclusivity, cultural humility, social justice, and anti-oppressive values.

Supervision is available for Oregon licensure only. If you’d like to see if we’d be a good fit, I offer a free consultation!
